What are some symptoms of Lung Cancer?

Answer:
A with most cancers, early detection is a major
factor in survivability.  This is especially true with aggressive cancers such as lung cancer.

It is essential that you visit your doctor if any symptoms are noticed.

Some of the major symptoms include:

Having a persistent cough that will not go away

A sudden change in a cough that you have had for a while

Unexplained shortness of breath

Coughing up blood or phlegm containing blood

Pain in the lungs while breathing or coughing

An unexplained loss of appetite

Chronic, unexplained fatigue

An unexplained loss of weight

Some less common symptoms of lung cancer may include:

An unexplained hoarse voice

Difficulty while swallowing

Neck swelling caused by lymph nodes that have become swollen

If you experience any or all of these symptoms, especially the unexplained ones, be sure to see your doctor and get it checked out.  It might seem scary, but it is much worse to find out too late that something may be wrong.
