How do I get my heart rate?

Answer:
In order find your heart rate, you need to first
find your pulse.  Their are pulse points all over the body.  Grab your index finger with your other fist and you'll eventually feel your pulse.  The best locations, however, are on...

the inside of your wrist or in your neck next to your throat.

The main heart rate that you want to know is your resting heart rate(HRrest).  This will be the most accurate rate.  Take your pulse upon waking up, before you get out of bed.  Count your pulses for one minute to get your "rate".  It is a good idea to take your heart rate for three to five days in a row and then take the average.  This will eliminate any variations that you may find.
