What is Kinesiology?

Answer:
Kinesiology pronounced kin-easy-ology is a form
of health treatment that tests muscles and movement in the body to help make a diagnosis.

Kinesiology is a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western techniques, and is said to be able to help find an underlying health problem when all else has failed, whether it’s a physical or emotional problem, or something that’s caused by poor diet or environmental factors. As well as treating existing conditions, it can also be used in a preventative nature.

As it focuses on muscles and movement in the body, kinesiology is often practiced by physiotherapists and in sports medicine.
