Winsor Pilates is a style of Pilates created Mari Winsor took Pilates floor work and added a tool called a Sculpting Circle, which adds resistance to the Pilates workout. Winsor also developed the Dynamic Sequencing technique, which works specific groups of muscles in a particular order. A Winsor Pilates workout takes about twenty minutes to complete, and does not include aerobic activity, so it should be done along with a cardiovascular exercise program which elevates the heart rate. Winsor Pilates instructional videos are available for people to use from home. Mari Winsor also has a recommended diet plan.
