Peanut butter also has a substance called resveratrol that has anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti- aging properties. It also has anti-oxidants which help the body prevent diseases.
Individuals who suffer from heart disease or who have high cholesterol levels should minimize eating peanut butter. They should consider not eating it. People with allergies should avoid peanut butter as well. People, who are generally healthy, can enjoy peanut butter moderately.
