What is the recovery like for a LASIK procedure? |
|
Answer:
Patients can expect a short recovery period after LASIK eye surgery. Patients are advised to sleep immediately following surgery to reduce any post-operative pain, and watching television, reading, or using a computer should be avoided for the first 24 hours; and while a patient should notice improved vision on waking, it can take a few months for final vision to stabilize. Most patients are able to return to work and normal activities the day after LASIK surgery. Trackback(0)
