Answer:
Fat burners are supplements that come Here is a partial list of some fat burners. Carnitine Carnitine helps in the transportaion of fatty acids to the muscles. Carnitine is naturally occuring in the body and is obtained through eating meat, fish, dairy, and certain dairy products. The theory is that supplementing with carnitine will increase the bodies ability to transport more fatty acids to the muscles, allowing more fat to be burned. However, like most supplement, an excess level will just get processed by the kidneys and won't actually create a state in which more fat is being burned. Chromium Picolinate Chromium picolinate is a mineral that helps metabolize carbohydrates and fats. It has not lived up to claims of increasing lean body mass and decreasing fat. As a matter of fact, the majority of the research done on this supplement shows it is not effective as a weight loss supplement. Research has shown that damage to DNA can occur with excess chromium picolinate. This effect is exacerbated with Vitamin C. Supplementing with more than the body actually requires can cause a reduction in the binding capacity of iron in the blood, this can cause an iron deficiency and a decreased ability to carry oxygen in the blood. This could lower a person's ability to exercise and burn calories. Ephedrine Ephedrine is the most popular fat burner on the market. It acts like norephedrine, a hormone that the body makes that increases the body's ability to release adipose, or fat tissue. This increases the amount of free fatty acids present in the blood stream. Ephedrine also increases the heart rate, metabolic rate and body heat. It has also been shown to suppress hunger. Ephedrine is more effective when taken with caffeine. This also increases the side effects such as, tremors, dizziness, insomnia, heart arrhythmias, headaches, and increased blood pressure. Some fat-burners are more effective than others. However, Trackback(0)
