What are Supplements?

Answer:
A supplement is intended to provide nutrients
we might be lacking in our diet, and is taken by mouth in the form of a pill, capsule, liquid or tablet. Supplements contain one or more ingredients including vitamins, minerals, herbs or other botanicals, amino acids, and other substances.
